摘要 总氮在水体内部的比重可以最大限度地体现出水体自身的情况,可以对水体当中的营养物质污染状况以及区域的水质好坏进行展示,因此水中总氮含量的测定十分必要。在现阶段,国内实验室测定水中总氮主要是根据UV方式来进行,具备原理简单、操作简便且成本较低的特点,但是其中出现的空白对总氮的测定准确程度会造成一定的影响,尤其是总氮含量较低的水样,在达不到要求的情况下,会产生含量测量不准确且数据重复性较差的问题。基于此,需要采用碱性过硫酸钾法来进行水中总氮的难点分析和研究,针对存在的关键因素进行分析,并提出科学有效的解决方式,确保总氮测定方法准确可靠。 The proportion of total nitrogen in the water body can reflect the quality of the water body to the maximum extent,and its total nitrogen can show the nutrient pollution status in the water body and the quality of the water quality in the region,therefore,it is necessary to determine the content of total nitrogen in the water,and it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of water quality and the detection of water quality.At the present stage,the domestic laboratories mainly determine the total nitrogen in water according to the UV method,which has the characteristics of simple principle,simple operation and low cost.However,the blank will have a certain impact on the accuracy of the total nitrogen determination,especially for the water samples with low total nitrogen content,the content measurement will be inaccurate and the data repeatability will be poor when the requirements are not met.Based on this,it is necessary to analyze and study the difficulties of the alkaline potassium persulfate method for the determination of total nitrogen in water,and analyze the existing key factors,so as to put forward scientific and effective solutions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the method for the determination of total nitrogen.
