摘要
利用气质联用仪(GC-MS)建立一套对笑气快速、准确定性的检测方法。通过对仪器分流比、色谱柱温度以及检测器电压进行优化,确定了最佳实验条件为分流比20∶1、色谱柱温度30℃、检测器电压1.0 kV。用该方法对氧化亚氮标准气体进行分析,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3%,测定值与标准值接近。
To establish a fast and accurate method for qualitative determination of laughing gas by GC-MS. By optimizing the split ratio of the instrument, the temperature of the chromatographic column and the voltage of the detector, the optimum experimental conditions were determined as the split ratio of 20 ∶ 1, the temperature of the chromatographic column 30 ℃ and the voltage of the detector 1.0 kV. The relative standard deviation was less than 3%for the nitrous oxide standard gas. The detection value is basically with standard value.
