摘要
由于雷击经常造成供电系统电压波动,导致双机双螺杆变频制冷机组跳停,给装置平稳运行带来极为不利的影响。通过对机组跳停原因进行分析,并对设备控制逻辑及变频器原理特性进行研究,合理优化三者的控制逻辑关系,使之在短时内具备抗电网波动的能力,既具有极好的经济性,又能够有效地解决电压波动问题,保证装置平稳运行。
Lightning strikes often causes voltage fluctuation of power supply system,this led to the tripping of the twin-machine twin-screw variable-frequency refrigeration unit,it has an extremely adverse impact on the smooth operation of the device.Through the analysis of the causes of unit tripping and the study of the principle characteristics of equipment,control logic and frequency converter,reasonably optimize the control logic relationship among the three to make it have the ability to resist power grid fluctuation in a short time,it not only has excellent economy,but also can effectively solve this problem and ensure the smooth operation of the device.
