摘要
针对燃气轮机热端部件寿命难以检测和评估的问题,根据异常工况下燃气轮机热端部件寿命损耗机理,建立异常工况下的热端部件寿命损耗计算模型,提出燃气轮机异常工况的定量特征计算方法,建立燃气轮机热端部件使用寿命监测系统。研究结果表明,该计算方法和监测系统具有较高的可靠性和准确性,为掌握和评估火电厂燃气轮机热端部件的寿命累积损耗和可靠性提供了有利的参考依据和技术支持。
The service life of hot-end components in gas turbine is hard to detect and evaluate. The life consumption calculation model for hot-end components under abnormal condition was built according to its life consumption mechanism under abnormal condition. And the calculation method for quantitative characteristics of gas turbine abnormal conditions was presented and the monitoring system for the service life of hot-end components was established. Research results show that the proposed method is convenient and effective for monitoring and analyzing the life consumption due to its high reliability and accuracy. This method is advantageous for providing theo-retical reference and technical support to master and assess the service-life accumulation and the reliability of hot-end components in gas turbines.
