摘要
燃气轮机驱动压缩机组在天然气长输管道上得到了广泛的应用。为了保证燃驱压缩机组在高可靠性条件下实现经济、高效运行,研究和开发了压缩机组在线分析诊断及视情维修系统。该系统通过建立燃气轮机性能分析程序,实现了对燃气轮机运行状况的实时掌握,对运行中出现的问题及时发现和诊断,对燃气轮机性能的衰减进行及时处理,从而保证压缩机组运行处于高效状态;通过计算分析和统计压缩机运行工况点,掌握压缩机运行状况;通过建立寿命预测模块,计算燃气轮机热端部件寿命,实现燃气轮机的视情维修。应用结果表明,该系统可以有效提高压缩机组的运行效率,大幅度降低维修成本和工作量。
Gas Turbine Compressors are now wildly used on long-distance natural gas pipelines.A system named compressor equipment health management was developed and built to ensure the economic, efficient operation of gas turbine compressor with high reliability. With the gas turbine analysis program of this system, engineers can grasp the real-time situations of gas turbine compressors, diagnosis and solve those problems occurred in operation timely, keep the gas turbine compressors operating at high efficiency by monitoring and reducing the efficiency degradation.This system calculates, analyzes and statistics the compressor efficiency which is compared to the actual operating efficiency to recognize the compressor status.The life prediction calculations of hot section engine components were performed by life module in order to realize the on-condition maintenance of gas turbine and optimize maintenance cycles.Those appli-cation results indicate that the operating efficiency of gas turbine compressor has been improved and the maintenance cost of gas turbine has been reduced after applying this system.
