摘要
低温液相催化生产甲烷氯化物装置受原料氯气品质的影响,会引起催化剂失活、反应终止而造成反应器停车。根据目前在运行过程中存在的问题,提出对原料氯气品质进行技术改造,提高氯气进料品质,延长装置运行周期。
The low temperature liquid phase catalytic production of methane chloride unit is affected by the the raw chlorine gas quality,which will cause the catalyst deactivation reaction to stop the reactor.According to the existing problems in the operation process,it is proposed to improve the quality of the raw chlorine gas and prolong the cycle of the unit.
