养老机构失智症照护人员职业能力评价体系构建 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索并构建适用于养老机构内失智症照护人员的职业能力评价体系。方法采用文献研究法初步筛选各指标并确定养老机构内失智症照护人员的职业能力内涵,采用德尔菲法与层次分析法逐步筛选确定最终所纳入指标及其权重值。结果2轮专家咨询中,问卷回收率分别为96%、100%,专家权威系数分别为0.868、0.884,专家协调系数经检验均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终形成5个一级指标、17个二级指标、49个三级指标的养老机构失智症照护人员职业能力评价体系。结论经专家咨询及修改、删除条目,所构建的指标体系结果可靠,信度较高,能够为养老机构内失智症照护人员队伍能力建设提供参考。 Objective To develop an evaluation system of occupational competence of caregivers of the elderly with dementia in nursing home.Methods The initial items of the system were identified after literature review and the connotation of occupational competence of caregivers of the elderly with dementia in nursing home was determined.Delph method and analytic hierarchy process were used to develop the final items and its weight.Results The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 96%and 100%respectively and authority coefficient was 0.868 and 0.884 respectively,indicating statistical significance(P<0.05).The final system consisted of 5 first-level,17 second-level and 49 third-level items.Conclusion the constructed system in the study is reliable and provides reference for evaluating the occupational competence of caregivers of the elderly with dementia in nursing home.
