摘要
失智症与增龄密切相关,失智群体的大规模涌现是经济社会发展、特别是人口老龄化快速发展的必然结果。失智症已经成为老年人致残和需要照护的重要原因,而失智老人认知功能衰退带来的沟通困难以及精神行为异常等状况,极大地增加了失智照护的难度和成本,给照护者带来巨大的照护压力,机构照护往往成为不堪重负家庭照护者们的救命稻草。随着北京人口老龄化、特别是高龄化进程的进一步加深,失智照护服务体系的建立迫在眉睫。基于课题组对北京市养老机构的失智照护服务状况的一手调查数据,研究从营业性质、规模、服务能力、服务内容、人员配置及培训等多方面对北京市开展失智照护的养老机构进行分析,进而对存在的问题提出相关改进建议,这对于了解北京市养老机构失智照护服务现状提供了重要的参考资料。
Dementia is closely related to aging.The large-scale emergence of demented groups is an inevitable result of economic and social development,especially the rapid development of population aging.Dementia has become a major cause of disability and dependence in the elderly,and communication difficulties and mental and behavioral abnormalities caused by the cognitive decline of the demented elderly have greatly increased the difficulty and cost of care for the demented.This brings great pressure on caregivers,and institutional care often becomes a life-saving straw for overwhelmed family caregivers.With the further aging of Beijing’s population,especially the aging process,the establishment of a dementia care service system is imminent.Based on the first-hand survey data of the dementia care services of the Beijing elderly care institutions,the report revealed the situation of the business nature,scale,service capacity,service content,staffing and training of the dementia care elderly care institutions in Beijing.It provides an important reference for a comprehensive understanding of the level and ability of dementia care institutions in Beijing.The article also proposes improvements for the problems existing in dementia care institutions in Beijing.
