摘要
目的:探讨Snyder希望理论对肝癌介入治疗患者的影响。方法:选取2019年5月1日~2020年1月31日收治的108例行肝癌介入治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上结合Snyder希望理论进行干预。比较干预前及干预3个月两组患者心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、心理负担[自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]、希望水平[Herth希望量表(HHI)]、自我护理能力[自我护理能力量表(ESCA)]及生活质量[肝癌患者生命质量测定量表(QOL-LC)]情况。结果:两组干预3个月CD-RISC、HHI、ESCA、QOL-LC评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预3个月SPBS评分低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Snyder希望理论应用于肝癌介入治疗患者护理中,可有效增强患者心理弹性,减轻其自我感受负担,提高患者希望水平、自护能力及生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of Snyder hope theory in patients with liver cancer intervention therapy.Methods:A total of 108 cases of patients who underwent interventional therapy of liver cancer during May 1,2019 to January 31,2020 were were selected as the study objects,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with Snyder hope theory intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience by Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),psychological burden by Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),hope level by Herth Hope Inventory(HHI),Self-Care ability by Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)and quality of life by Quality of Life Scale for Liver Cancer Patients(QOL-LC)were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 3 months of intervention.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the scores of CD-RISC,HHI,ESCA and QOL-LC of the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SPBS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of Snyder hope theory in interventional therapy of liver cancer can effectively enhance the psychological resilience,reduce the self-perceived burden,and improve the hope level,self-care ability and quality of life.
