摘要
目的:研究基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预在直肠癌术后结肠造口患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月中核四○四医院收治的直肠癌术后行结肠造口患者86例,按照护理方案不同分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理;研究组实施基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组自我感受负担量表评分、直肠癌生活质量评定量表评分均低于对照组,Herth希望量表评分、自我护理能力测定量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预在直肠癌术后结肠造口患者中具有显著效果,对减轻心理负担感,提高希望水平与自我护理能力,改善生活质量具有积极意义。
Objective: To study the application effect of nursing intervention based on Snyder hope theory in patients with colostomy after rectal cancer surgery. Methods: From January 2019 to December 2020, 86 patients who underwent colostomy after rectal cancer surgery in China National Nuclear Corporation 404 Hospital were selected, they were divided into control group and study group according to different nursing plans, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The study group received nursing intervention based on Snyder hope theory. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The scores of the self-perceived burden scale and quality of life questionnaire-rectal cancer of the study group were lower than those of the control group, while the scores of Herth hope scale and self-care ability rating scale was higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention based on Snyder hope theory has significant effect in patients with colostomy after rectal cancer surgery, and has positive significance for alleviating their psychological burden, improving their hope level and self-care ability, and improving their quality of life.
