摘要
目的:探讨医院聘用护士工作积极性的影响因素,寻求并采取合理的管理对策,促进医院护理质量与管理水平的提高。方法:采用工作积极性测试问卷对54名聘用护士进行调查。结果:聘用护士工作积极性问卷平均得分(3.97±0.66)明显偏低。结论:医院必须建立科学有序的聘用护士规范化管理体系,全面提高其各种福利待遇,注重人本管理,营造和谐的人际氛围,最大限度地调动其主观能动性。
Objective:Study on the influence factors of engage nurse on working initiative, sought and adopted reasonable management counter measures, promoted nursing quality and management level. Method:54 engage nurses were given investiged and using AMS. Result;The average mark of engage nurse on working initiative has remarkable lower(3.97 ± 0.66). Conclusion: The hospital's leaders should build scientific management system for engage nurse , improve serious welfare services and bring subjective aetive into play.
