摘要
新型研发机构是大学、政府、企业在深度合作基础上形成的一类新型研发组织,是顺应当前科技创新和产业发展的产物。近年来,伴随着全国各地系列相关支持政策的纷纷出台,新型研发机构这一新生事物加快在全国各地建设成立,形成了一定的规模效应,也推动越来越多的成果转移转化,成为一股重要的新兴科技创新力量。文章以南京市新型研发机构的建设和发展为例,解析基于“三螺旋”创新理论的新型研发机构可持续生长路径研究。
New R&D institutions is a kind of new R&D organizations formed by universities,governments and enterprises on the basis of in-depth cooperation.They are the products of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change.In recent years,with the intensive introduction of a series of support policies,new R&D institutions have accelerated their landing across the country,and the scale effect has begun to show,promoting the transfer and transformation of achievements of more and more colleges and universities,becoming an emerging scientific and technological innovation force that can not be ignored.Taking the construction and development of new R&D institutions in Nanjing as an example,this paper analyzes the research on the sustainable growth path of new R&D institutions based on the“three helix”innovation theory.
