摘要
从"政产学研"深度融合的视角,以华中科技大学无锡研究院为例,探索院校与政府共建型新型研发机构的建设发展模式——"技术立院",即通过弥补高校技术成果到产业化之间的断层,实现科研成果到产业支撑引领的转变,从而为其他新型研发机构的建设发展提供借鉴。
From the perspective of close cooperation,this paper aims to explore the construction and development pattern of innovative R&D institutes co-established by institution and government by taking Huazhong University of Science and Technology-Wuxi Research Institute as an example. Such pattern as "technology-driven institute"closes the gap between universities’ technological achievements and industrialization and realizes the transformation from scientific research progress to industrial support,thus providing a reference for the construction and development of other innovative R&D institutes.
