摘要
目的:探索PICC专科护士的角色成长过程,了解其中的潜在影响因素。方法:2021年8月-11月对全国21名PICC专科护士进行半结构访谈,借助Nvivo软件整理访谈资料,采用建构主义扎根理论的范式分析资料。结果:PICC专科护士的角色成长过程,共划分为4个时期,即专科角色的认同期、专科角色的确立期、专科角色的应对期和专科角色的转化期,其受到产生内在兴趣、外在认识与评价、岗位准入前的准备、角色认识的正确建立、角色成长中的压力、角色压力的应对策略、角色深化和角色退化等因素的影响和调节。结论:PICC专科护士的角色成长是一项复杂的动态变化过程,护理管理者可针对不同时期的特点给予针对性的关注和指导,从而促进护士角色的顺利转变和成长。
Objective:To explore the role growth process of PICC specialist nurses and the potential influencing factors.Methods:Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 21 PICC nurses from August to November,2021.The interview data was analyzed using Nvivo software based on constructivism grounded theory.Results:The role growth process of PICC specialist nurses could be divided into four periods,namely,the recognition period,the establishment period,the coping period and the transformation period.It was influenced by such factors as internal interest,external cognition and evaluation,job pre-admittance preparation,correct establishment of role cognition,pressure in role growth,coping strategy of role pressure,role deepening and role degradation.Conclusion:The role growth of PICC specialist nurses is a complex dynamic change process.Nursing managers can give targeted attention and guidance according to the characteristics of different periods,so as to promote the smooth transformation and growth of nurses'roles.
