摘要
为实现超声频率连续可调,寻求花生壳中提取黄酮类成分最优超声频率,提出一种改进的超声波辅助提取方法(IUAE)。以超声波频率自动搜索提取装置为依托,采用两步法首先确定了最优超声频率,以该频率为基础,进一步研究了超声功率、液料比、提取温度、提取时间等提取因素对花生黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,花生壳黄酮的改进提取工艺为超声频率60 kHz、超声功率150 W、液料比30∶1、提取温度40℃、提取时间38 min,在此改进工艺下的花生黄酮的提取率为3.95%。同时,通过与索氏提取法(SE)和超声波辅助提取法(UAE)的对比实验验证了IUAE提取法的有效性。
In order to achieve continuous adjustment of the ultrasonic frequency and seek the optimal ultrasonic frequency for extracting flavonoids from peanut shells, an improved ultrasonic-assisted extraction method(IUAE) was proposed. Relying on the ultrasonic frequency automatic search and extraction device, the optimal ultrasonic frequency was firstly determined by a two-step method. Based on this frequency, the effects of extraction factors, such as ultrasonic power, liquid-to-material ratio, extraction temperature, and extraction time on the extraction rate of flavonoids were further studied. The results indicated that the improved extraction processes of flavonoids were ultrasonic frequency of 60 kHz, ultrasonic power of 150 W, liquid-to-material ratio of 30∶1, extraction temperature of 40 ℃ and extraction time of 38 minutes. The extraction rate of flavonoids under this improved process was 3.945%. In addition, comparison experiments with Soxhlet extraction(SE) and ultrasonic assisted extraction(UAE) had verified the effectiveness of IUAE extraction.
