酵母培养物对五黑鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Yeast Culture on Performance,Egg Quality and Serum Biochemical Indices of Wuhei Chickens

摘要 本试验旨在探究酵母培养物对五黑鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标的影响。采用单因素设计,选择健康、体况基本一致的23周龄的五黑鸡600只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。试验各组饲粮分别在基础饲粮中添加含0(对照组)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%的酵母培养物。预试期1周,试验期9周。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加0.2%~0.6%酵母培养物显著提高了平均日产蛋量和产蛋率(P<0.05);添加酵母培养物显著提高了鸡蛋哈氏单位、粗蛋白质、氨基酸、油酸含量及血清总蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低了血清尿酸含量(P<0.05);添加0.6%和0.8%酵母培养物则显著提高了鸡蛋天门冬氨酸、丙氨酸和二十二碳六烯酸含量(P<0.05)。此外,随着酵母培养物添加量的增多,平均日采食量(二次关系,P=0.03)、平均日产蛋重(二次关系,P=0.04)、产蛋率(二次关系,P=0.04)、哈氏单位(线性关系,P=0.03)、蛋氨酸(线性关系,P<0.01;二次关系,P=0.01)、鲜味氨基酸(线性关系,P=0.01)、油酸(二次关系,P=0.03)和二十二碳六烯酸(线性关系,P=0.03)含量增加,料蛋比(二次关系,P=0.03)降低,其中平均日采食量、平均日产蛋重、产蛋率和料蛋比均以0.4%添加量表现最优。结果提示,饲粮中添加0.2%~0.8%酵母培养物能不同程度地提高五黑鸡生长性能、蛋品质和血清生化代谢指标,综合来看,以0.4%为较适宜添加量。 The experiment was to explore the effects of yeast culture on the performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indices of Wuhei chickens.Used single factor design,a total of 600 healthy,23-week-old Wuhei chickens with basically the same body condition,and randomly divide them into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The diets of each experimental group were supplemented with0(control group),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,and 0.8%yeast culture in the basic diet.The pre-feeding period was1 week and the test period was 9 weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,0.2%to0.6%yeast culture significantly increased the average daily egg production and egg laying rate(P<0.05),and0.6%and 0.8%yeast culture significantly increased the content of aspartic acid,alanine and docosahexaenoic acid in eggs(P<0.05).Supplemental yeast culture significantly increased the crude protein content of eggs,Haugh units,total amino acids,oleic acid content,and serum total protein content(P<0.05),and significantly reduced serum uric acid content(P<0.05).With the increase of yeast culture,the average daily feed intake(quadratic,P=0.03),average daily egg production(quadratic,P=0.04),egg laying rate(quadratic,P=0.04),Haugh units(linear,P=0.03),methionine(linear,P<0.01;quadratic,P=0.01),delicious amino acids(linear,P=0.01),oleic acid(quadratic,P=0.03)and docosahexaenoic acid(linear,P=0.03)increased,and decreased the feed-to-egg ratio(quadratic,P=0.03).Among them,the average daily feed intake,average daily egg production,egg laying rate and feed-to-egg ratio performed the best at 0.4%supplemental level.The results suggest that 0.2%to 0.8%yeast culture supplementation to the diet improve performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indices to varying degrees of Wuhei chicken.In general,0.4%is the more appropriate addition.
