摘要
为研究酵母培养物对鲫鱼幼鱼生长性能、血清生化、消化酶活性、抗氧化能力及免疫力的影响,选用300尾初始体质量为(13.0±0.50)g的鲫鱼幼鱼,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复25尾。分别饲喂含酵母培养物0%、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的饲料,标记为对照组(CK)、S1组、S3组、S5组,常规饲养8周。结果显示:在基础饲料中添加酵母培养物可显著提高鲫鱼幼鱼的终末体质量、增重率和特定生长率(P<0.05),其中S3组终末体质量、增重率和特定生长率最高,与对照组相比分别提高了16.77%、34.67%和23.93%;三个处理组均能降低鲫鱼幼鱼的饲料系数(P<0.05),其中S3组饲料系数最低,与对照组相比降低了34.72%;与对照组相比,S5组鲫鱼幼鱼的肝体比和肥满度显著增加(P<0.05),分别增加31.58%和24.10%,S3组鲫鱼幼鱼的肥满度显著增加20.51%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,S1组鲫鱼的血清谷草转氨酶显著升高38.45%(P<0.05)和碱性磷酸酶显著升高47.87%(P<0.05),S3组鲫鱼的血清甘油三酯显著降低24.40%(P<0.05)和碱性磷酸酶显著升高90.06%(P<0.05),S5组鲫鱼的血清白蛋白、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶显著升高(P<0.05),分别升高19.17%、56.23%、267.42%和58.48%,S5组鲫鱼的血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著降低35.25%(P<0.05);S3组鲫鱼的血清甘油三酯也显著低于S1组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,S3组鲫鱼幼鱼的肠道脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶显著升高(P<0.05),分别提高398.46%和307.40%,S5组鲫鱼的肠道脂肪酶显著升高267.70%(P<0.05);S3组鲫鱼幼鱼的肠道脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶显著高于S1组和S2组(P<0.05);S5组鲫鱼的肠道脂肪酶显著高于S1组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,S3组鲫鱼幼鱼的肝脏总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶显著升高(P<0.05),分别提高12.5%、35.77%和11.92%,S1组鲫鱼的肝脏过氧化氢酶显著升高17.06%(P<0.05);S3组鲫鱼的肝脏过氧化氢酶显著高于S1组(P<0.0
The experiment aimed to verify the effects of yeast culture on growth performance,serum biochemistry,digestive enzyme activity,antioxidant capacity and immunity of Carassius auratus.300 Carassius auratus with an initial body weight of(13.0±0.50)g were selected and randomly divided into 4 treatments,each with 3 replicates and 25 fish per replicate.Feed feed containing yeast cultures of 0%,0.1%,0.3%,and 0.5%respectively,labeled as control group(CK),S1 group,S3 group,and S5 group,for 8 weeks of routine feeding.The results showed that adding yeast culture to the basic diet significantly could improved the terminal body mass,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate of Carassius auratus(P<0.05),with the S3 group having the highest terminal body mass,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate,increasing by 16.77%,34.67%,and 23.93%,respectively;All three treatment groups were able to reduce the feed coefficient of Carassius auratus(P<0.05),with the S3 group having the lowest feed coefficient,a decrease of 34.72%;Compared with the control group,the liver to body ratio and plumpness of Carassius auratus in the S5 group significantly increased(P<0.05),with increases of 31.58%and 24.10%,respectively.The plumpness of Carassius auratus in the S3 group significantly increased by 20.51%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)of the S1 group were significantly increased by 38.45%(P<0.05)and 47.87%(P<0.05),while the serum triglyceride(TG)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)of the S3 group were significantly reduced by 24.40%(P<0.05)and 90.06%(P<0.05),respectively.The serum albumin(ALB),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)of the S5 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),with an increase of 19.17%56.23%,267.42%,and 58.48%,the serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of the S5 group was significantly reduced by 35.25%(P<0.05);The serum triglyceride TG of S3 group was also significantly lower than that of
