摘要
本文研究了哈维弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)急性感染和WSSV急性暴发后中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)非特异性免疫水平的变化。给中国明对虾幼虾腹肌注射30μL哈维弧菌菌液(7.2×107CFU/mL),以未注射及注射无菌生理盐水为空白对照组和盐水对照组,检测急性感染48h之内不同时间段死亡个体及仍然存活的中国明对虾幼虾的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和溶菌酶(LSZ)活性。受到哈维弧菌攻击仍然存活的幼虾SOD活性极显著高于空白对照组、生理盐水对照组和感染后48h内死亡个体,而感染后48h内死亡个体的SOD活性与两对照组虾无显著差异。弧菌感染的幼虾LSZ活性较两对照组有极显著的降低,越早死亡的个体LSZ活性越低。通过环境胁迫诱导暴发WSSV症状的中国明对虾与未表现出WSSV症状者相比,总血淋巴细胞密度(THCs)、腹肌SOD活性及LSZ活性均极显著地降低,血清蛋白浓度极显著升高,而血清酚氧化酶(PO)活性增高不显著。
The variations on innate immune activities of the shrimp ( Fenneropenaeus chinensis ), which acutely infected by Vibrio harveyi or experienced break out of WSSV, were studied in this paper. The experimental juvenile shrimp was injected muscularly with V. harveyi solution(7.2×10^7CFU/mL) 30μL per shrimp. The groups uninjected and injected with axenic physiological saline were two controls. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lysozyme (LSZ) of dead and alivee shrimp within 48h infection were determined. The survival injected with V. harveyi 48h later displayed a very significant higher SOD activity than those of the two controls and the dead. There was no significant difference of SOD activity among the two controls and the dead caused by V. harveyi infection in 48h. The LSZ activity of the shrimp infected by V. harveyi was dropped very significantly. The earlier the shrimp died, the lower the LSZ activity of the shrimp was. The shrimp in an earth pond was transfered into 3 indoor cement ponds at random. One as control, and the others were experiments of WSSV break out which induced by enviromental stress. Compared to the shrimp no WSSV syndrome, the shrimp with WSSV syndrome showed very significant decline in the total haemocyte counts ( THCs ), SOD activity and LSZ activity, but a very significant increment of protein concentration in haemolymph. The phenoloxidase (PO) activity of the shrimp with WSSV syndrome was not significantly increased.
