摘要
本研究基于社会比较等理论,采用重复测量研究方法考察同伴求职努力对大学生自身求职努力的影响,实证检验心理权利在同伴求职努力影响大学生自身求职努力中的调节作用。结果显示:(1)同伴求职努力能显著正向影响大学生自身的求职努力水平。(2)求职初期心理权利能显著调节同伴求职努力对大学生自身求职努力产生的影响。当心理权利水平较高时,同伴求职努力对大学生自身求职努力的正向影响减弱;当心理权利水平较低时,正向影响相应增强。
TBased on social comparison and other theories,this study investigates the effect of peers’job-search efforts on college students’own job search efforts and the moderating role of psychological entitlement in the influence of peers’job-search efforts on college students’own job-search efforts through repeated measurement research method.The results show that:(1)Peers’job-search efforts have a significant positive impact on college students’own job-search efforts.(2)Psychological entitlement can significantly moderate the relationship between peers’job-search efforts and college students’own job-search efforts in the early stage of job-search.When the level of psychological entitlement is high,the positive impact of peers’job-search efforts on college students’own job-search efforts is weakened;when the level of psychological entitlement is low,the positive impact is increased accordingly.
