摘要
中医药是中华民族的伟大创造,为中华民族繁衍作出了巨大贡献,对世界文明进步产生了积极影响。然而,由于中药发挥药效成分不清晰,使得中药理论的科学价值及临床实用价值难以获得现代医学的认可。因此,解开中医药的奥秘,打开神秘的“黑匣子”,明晰中药发挥药效的物质基础是其核心问题之一。中药谱效关系是在中药指纹图谱基础上,与药效进行有机的结合,旨在阐明中药发挥药效的物质基础。笔者通过查阅近二十年来相关文献报道,对中药谱效关系的研究思路、核心问题及在中药研究中的延伸进行梳理与提炼,以期为中药谱效关系的深入研究提供参考。
The Traditional Chinese Medicine is a great creation of the Chinese nation.It has made great contributions to the re-production of the Chinese nation and has a positive impact on the progress of world civilization.However,due to the obscure of the effective components of Chinese medicine,it is difficult for the scientific value and clinical practical value of Chinese medicine theory to be recognized by modern medicine.Therefore,unlocking the mystery of traditional Chinese medicine,opening the mys-terious"black box",and clarifying the material basis for the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is one of its core issues.The spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine and organ-ically combined with the effect of traditional Chinese medicine.By consulting relevant literature reports in the past 20 years,the author combs and extracts the research ideas,core issues and extensions of the spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide references for in-depth research on the spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medi-cine.
