摘要
实时、稳定的监测视频数据是桥梁视频监测和评估系统的重要基础。针对现有的视频监控系统存在兼容性差、需要安装插件、播放步骤繁琐等问题,文中在研究GB28181标准中视频监控协议的基础上,设计和开发一种全平台无插件桥梁视频监控系统。该系统利用SIP协议向网络摄像头发送信令,对音视频数据进行H.264标准编码,并通过FFmpeg技术推送视频流,从而实现实时、多用户的视频传输。另外,采用嵌入图像智能算法对桥梁轨道位移进行有效识别。结果表明,文中系统不仅能方便管理者有效地监测桥梁实时状态,还可以对轨道位移实时预警,保证桥梁安全运行。
To monitor video data in real-time stably is an important foundation for the bridge video monitoring and evaluation system. In allusion to the poor compatibility,the need to install plug-ins,and the cumbersome playback steps existing in the available video monitoring systems,a bridge video monitoring system without plug-in in the whole platform is designed and developed on the basis of research on the video monitoring protocol in the GB28181standard. In the system,the SIP protocol is used to send signaling to the network cameras,the audio/video data is encoded according to H.264 standard,and the video streaming is pushed by means of FFmpeg technology,so as to achieve real-time and multi-user video transmission. The embedded image intelligent algorithm is used to effectively identify the displacement of the bridge track. The results show that the system can facilitate managers to effectively monitor the real-time status of a bridge,can provide real-time early warning for the track displacement,and ensure the safe operation of the bridge.
