摘要
为得到可模拟Buck变换器的分断电弧放电特性的等效简单电感电路,采用非爆炸性方法评价Buck变换器的内部本质安全性能,通过分析Buck变换器的典型电感分断电弧放电特性,依据基于等效电流的等效简单电感电路及能量等效原理,推导得出了Buck变换器分断电弧放电的等效电感表达式,对电感和电容对等效电感的影响进行分析,并指出等效电感随电感和电容的增加而增大。根据感性电路的临界点燃电流曲线,并结合所得到的等效电感表达式,提出一种基于等效电感的Buck变换器内部本安性能判据。实例及实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和所提出内部本安性能判据的可行性。
To obtain the equivalent-inductance simulating Buck converter's Inductor-Disconnected Arc Discharge( IDAD) characteristics to evaluate its inner intrinsic safety performance,the typical IDAD behavior is analyzed,and the equivalent-inductance expression is deduced according to the Equivalent Simple-Inductive-Circuit( ESIC) based on equivalent-current and energy equivalence principle. The effect of the inductance and the capacitance on the equivalent-inductance is analyzed,and it is further pointed out that the equivalent-inductance increases with the increase of the inductance and the capacitance. According to the minimum ignition current curve,and combining the equivalent inductance expression,an intrinsic safety performance criterion based on equivalent-inductance is proposed. Experiments results verify the analysis showing the accuracy of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the proposed intrinsic safety criterion.
