摘要
本文采用虚拟仪器技术,研制了一套触点分断电弧性能测试系统,该系统基于触点材料试验机、工业控制计算机和高速数据采集卡,用于研究分断电流、电极分断速度、触头材料等参数对电弧性能的影响。系统操作简便,自动化程度高,测量准确度高。
This thesis applies virtual instrument (VI) technology to develop a test device for contact materials' break arc characteristi cs. Based on experimental device for contact materials, process computer, high data acquisition card, test device can measure and analyze arc characteristics for different current, different separating velocity of electrodes and contact materials. The correctness and the characteristic of test device is verified by experimental results.
