摘要
鉴于视频监控系统应用日益增长,传统视频监控系统存在硬件配置低、编码效率低等问题,根据H.264编码算法和嵌入式硬件平台特性,分别从代码、参数及算法方面提出了x264编码器基于ARM平台的算法优化方法,同时在帧间预测的运动估计中采用了改进的DIA搜索算法,有效提高了搜索速率和搜索精度。优化的x264编码器经交叉编译后移植至嵌入式平台,通过对多组视频序列的测试,证明该系统设计简单、实时性强、系统稳定性高,系统在组网、扩展性、成本和应用场景方面都具备明显优势。
In view of the increasing application of video surveillance system,the traditional video surveillance system has the problems of low hardware configuration and low coding efficiency.According to the H.264 encoding algorithm and the characteristics of the embedded hardware platform,the x264 encoder based on the algorithm optimization method of the ARM platform,and the improved DIA search algorithm is used in the motion estimation of inter-frame prediction,which effectively improves the search rate and search accuracy.The optimized x264 encoder is transplanted to the embedded platform after cross-compilation,and it is verified that the coding efficiency of the system has been effectively improved by testing multiple sets of video sequences.The system has simple design,strong real-time performance and high system stability.The system has obvious advantages in networking,scalability,cost and application scenarios.
