摘要
以某特长公路隧道工程为背景,探讨单头快速掘进施工技术的原理和应用优势,详细分析了在超前地质预报、超前支护、围岩径向注浆、开挖施工、系统支护等环节中的技术要点,并对施工效果进行总结:在机械化配套方案以及施工技术的引导下,可以达到筑安全、保质量、提效率、增效益的效果。
Taking a extra long highway tunnel project as the background, this paper discusses the principle and application advantages of single head rapid tunneling construction technology, analyzes the technical key points in detail in advance geological forecast,advance support, radial grouting of surrounding rock, excavation and construction, system support and other links. And the construction effect is summarized: under the guidance of mechanization matching scheme and construction technology, it can achieve the effect of building safety, quality assurance, efficiency and benefit.
