摘要
针对鹤壁矿区岩巷滞后、岩巷支护效果差、巷道变形大等现象,结合鹤煤本部矿井的实际情况,从机械化设备、施工工艺、辅助运输系统等方面对影响岩巷高效掘进施工的因素进行了研究分析,形成了适合鹤煤的快速掘进技术方案。以鹤煤三矿4103底抽巷(上)为工程背景,现场应用表明掘进速度较传统施工方式提高60 m,锚杆支护效果良好,为瓦斯治理赢得了时间和空间。
Aiming at the phenomenon of rock roadway lag,poor rock roadway support effect,and large roadway deformation in Hebi mining area,this paper combines the actual situation of Hemei headquarter mine,from the aspects of mechanized equipment,construction technology,auxiliary transportation system,etc.The factors were studied and analyzed,and a rapid excavation technical scheme suitable for Hemei was formed.Finally,taking the 4103 bottom-drawing roadway(top)of Hemei No.3 Mine as the engineering background,the field push application showed that the excavation speed was increased by 60m compared with the traditional construction method.The support effect is good,and it has won time and space for gas control.
