摘要
目的:了解成人乙肝疫苗接种状况,分析影响其接种意愿的因素。方法:选取2018年7月-2021年5月山东省莘县疾病预防控制中心采集的626例成人调查问卷,开展乙肝疫苗接种状况调查,按照是否接种疫苗分成接种组321例,未接种组297例,利用Logistic回归方法分析影响成人接种乙肝疫苗的因素。结果:成人学历、年龄、职业、年收入、乙肝知识健康宣教接受情况及创伤性美容史均影响其接种情况;多因素分析表明,年龄、职业、居住地、学历、接受知识宣教情况均是疫苗接种的影响因素。结论:为改善成人乙肝接种率偏低的情况,可加大宣传教育力度,提升医疗保障水平,尽早创建成人接种门诊。
Objective: To understand the status of hepatitis B vaccination in adults and analyze the factors influencing theirwillingness to vaccinations. Methods: A total of 626 adult questionnaires were collected from Shenxian Center for Disease Controland Prevention of Shandong Province from July 2018 to May 2021 to investigate the status of hepatitis B vaccination. According towhether the vaccination was performed, the subjects were divided into vaccination group(321 cases) and unvaccinated group(297 cases). The factors influencing the hepatitis B vaccination in adults were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results: Theadult education, age, occupation, annual income, hepatitis B knowledge health education acceptance and the history of traumaticbeauty all affected the vaccination situation. Multivariate analysis showed that age, occupation, place of residence, educationalbackground and receiving knowledge education were the influencing factors of vaccination. Conclusion: In order to improve thelow vaccination rate of hepatitis B in adults, it is feasible to increase publicity and education efforts, improve the level of medicalinsurance, and establish an adult vaccination clinic as early as possible.
