摘要
教研工作是保障基础教育质量的重要支撑。长期以来,教研工作在服务基础教育课程改革中做出了重要的历史贡献。新时代基础教育教研工作面临不少的困难和挑战。研究认为:应立足建立高质量教育体系,强化教研工作的服务意识,突出全面育人和育人关键环节的研究属性,注重差异化指导、解决一线问题、促进教育均衡发展、发挥信息技术作用和实证教研等方面的机制创新,加强教研工作体系和队伍建设的保障力度等方面的思路和对策研究。
Teaching and research work is an important support for the quality of basic education.For a long time,teaching and research work has made significant historical contributions to the curriculum reform of basic education.For the goal of building a high-quality education system,the teaching and research work of basic education is facing difficulties and challenges.The research suggests that it′s necessary to enhance the consciousness of serving schools,teachers,students and governments,to do research on critical aspects of comprehensive education,and to make mechanism innovation of differentiated guidance,solving teaching problems,promoting balanced education,playing the role of information technology and empirical teaching and research,etc.as well as improving the teaching and research work system and team construction.
