摘要
构建科学合理的高校思政课教学质量评价体系,有助于提升育人成效和教师发展水平。从高校思政课教学内在要求出发,以学生为中心,基于学生获得感这一思政课育人成效标准,设计评价指标,结合11所高校17位专家打分,采用层次分析法构建高校思政课教学质量评价体系。以C大学为例进行实证检验,结果表明该体系具有良好的信度和效度。
Constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of ideological and political theory curriculum teaching quality in colleges and universities will help to improve the effectiveness of education and the development of teachers.Starting from the internal requirements of ideological and political theory curriculum teaching in colleges and universities,taking students as the center,and based on the ideological and political education effectiveness standard of students′sense of gain,this paper designs evaluation indicators,combines the scoring of 17 experts in 11 colleges and universities to construct the ideological and political teaching quality evaluation system in colleges and universities by using analytic hierarchy process.Taking C University as an example for empirical testing,the results show that the system has good reliability and validity.
