摘要
目的:探讨结构式运动教学对智能障碍儿童健康体适能的影响。方法:运用文献资料法、干预教学法、课堂观察法等研究方法,将研究对象分为实验组和对照组,使用身体质量指数、坐姿体前屈、1分钟屈膝仰卧起坐、立定跳远及800/1600米跑走等测量内容,通过结构式运动教学对实验组智能障碍儿童健康体适能进行了为期8周的干预,对照组开展8周时间的正常体育教学。结果:8周结构式运动教学对智能障碍儿童的身体组成、心肺适能、肌力及肌耐力、柔韧性等方面有积极的改善效果。结论:每日结构式运动教学及15分钟的自主性运动,可对智能障碍儿童健康体适能产生良好的促进作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of structured sports teaching on physical fitness of children with intellectual disabilities.METHODS:Using literature,intervention,classroom observation and other research methods,the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,using body mass index,sitting body flexion,1 minute crunches,sit-ups,standing longjump and 800/1600 meters away from the measurement content,through the means of structural sports education for the experimental group of intelligent children with disabilities for a period of 8 weeks of intervention,the control group to carryout 8 weeks of normal physical education.Results:The 8-week structured movement teaching had positive effects on the physical composition,cardiorespiratory fitness,muscular strength,muscular endurance,and flexibility of children with intellectual disabilities.Conclusion:Daily 15 minutes of autonomous exercise and structured exercise teaching can have a good effect on the physical fitness of children with intellectual disabilities.
