摘要
为进一步对大型轴流转桨式机组在低水头时下导摆度、水导摆度、顶盖振动超标分析,经采集机组动平衡试验前后数据对比、洪水期4台机组的水头由中高到低的振动摆度和压力脉动横向比较,3号机组随着水头的降低,下导摆度、水导摆度、顶盖及转轮室压力脉动等比其他机组都要大,表明水力因素是造成机组振动摆度超标的主要原因,为机组处理提供了参考依据。
The problems of the excessive swinging of the lower guide bearing and the water guide bearing,and the excessive vibration of the unit roof in a large Kapan hydro-turbine generator unit under low operation head are analyzed.The operation data of the unit before and after the dynamic balance test is collected and compared.Also,the vibration swinging and the pressure pulsation of four units in the flood season under intermediate-high to low operation heads are compared.It is observed that the swinging of the lower guide bearing and the water guide bearing,and the pressure pulsation of the unit roof and the runner chamber in No.3 unit are larger than those of other units with the decrease of the water head,indicating that hydraulic factor is the major reason of the excessive vibration swinging of the unit.The results provide useful reference basis for the treatment.
