摘要
针对控制系统中所需采集信号种类和数量越来越多的需求,给出一套多通道模拟量采集方案。文中首先介绍了该模拟量采集系统的整体方案,然后对各模块的详细设计进行描述,并以电阻类型的PT100温度传感器信号处理和电压类型的-10V~10V差分电压信号处理为例,详细介绍了不同类型模拟量的处理方法,最后设计实验进行测试。经实验证明,该文设计的方案能精确地实现多通道模拟量的采集,具有很强的现实意义,可广泛应用于航空航天、地质勘探、工业控制等多个领域。
Aiming at the demand of more and more kinds and quantity of signal acquisition in control system,a multi-channel analog data acquisition scheme is presented.This paper first introduces the overall scheme of analog acquisition system,and then the detailed design of each module is described,and the resistance type of PT100 temperature sensor signal processing and voltage type-10 V~10 V differential voltage signal processing as an example,introduced the processing methods of different kinds of analog quantity,the final design experiments for testing.Experiments show that the scheme designed in this paper can accurately realize the acquisition of multi-channel analog data,and has strong practical significance,It can be widely used in aerospace,geological exploration,industrial control and other fields.
