摘要
在制造业生产过程中,会产生大量废热,需要用冷却水对设备进行降温散热,管道中循环冷却水的流速直接影响了传热效率及生产效益的高低。以单片机ATmega8为主控芯片,通过对传感器、模拟信号、电源、PLC等系统模块电路设计,开发了一种测量管道中冷却水流动速度的检测控制装置,经样机测试,所设计的系统能够完成管道中流速的实时监测及报警控制等功能操作,保证了生产过程的稳定运行。
In the manufacturing process,a lot of waste heat will be generated.Cooling water is needed to cool the equipment.The flow rate of circulating cooling water directly affects the heat transfer efficiency and production efficiency.ATmega8 is used as the main control chip.Through the circuit design of sensor,analog signal,power supply,PLC and other system modules,a detection and control device for measuring the flow velocity of cooling water in pipes is developed.Through the prototype test,the designed system can complete the real-time monitoring and alarm control of the flow velocity in the pipeline,it assures the stable operation of the production process.
