摘要
在1+X证书制度试点工作背景下,如何实现学历证书“1”和技能证书“X”的有机融合是摆在试点工作面前亟待解决的问题。本文首先从人才培养模式、课程体系等方面对课证融通的必要性进行分析。然后,结合实践经验,阐述了一种适合于复合型人才培养的新能源汽车技术专业群课程体系的构建模式;最后,以新能源汽车驱动电机电池技术中级证书为例,介绍证书与专业课程的具体融通路径。
Under the background of the pilot work of 1 + X certifi cate system, how to realize the organic integration of academic certifi cate "1" and skill certifi cate "X" is an urgent problem to be solved in front of the pilot work. Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity of course certifi cate integration from the aspects of talent training mode and curriculum system. Then, combined with practical experience, this paper expounds a construction mode of new energy vehicle technology professional group curriculum system suitable for the cultivation of compound talents. Finally, taking the intermediate certifi cate of new energy vehicle drive motor battery technology as an example, this paper introduces the specifi c integration path between the certifi cate and professional courses.
