摘要 以科学发展观和现代职业教育理念为指导,紧扣职业教育"产教融合"的本质特征,构建"以课程为中心,以技能等级为本位"的现代职业教育体系,即建立以职业技能所必需的知识和能力为核心教学内容的课程体系;建立以职业技能为标准的技能等级评价和考核体系,建立职业教育专业课程和职业技能等级的标准化和质量保障体系,发挥产业和行业在职业教育中的主导作用,实现职业教育和产业的直接对接,形成政府—学校—社会共同参与的新型职业教育治理结构,打开职业教育受众学业上升的通道,提高技能劳动者的可持续发展能力。 The vocational education system should be centred on the subjects by the standard of technique grading, and be guided by the outlook on scientific development and the modem vocational educational concept, and closely focuses on the substantive characteristics of industry-teaching integrated vocational education. Namely, it constructs the curriculum system considering the knowl- edge and capability required by the vocational techniques as the kernel teaching contents, forms the technique grading evaluation and assessment taking the vocational techniques as the standard, establishes the standardization of the professional courses of vocational ed- ucation and quality assurance system, which gives play to the leading function of industry and profession in vocational education and re- alizes the direct joint between industry and profession, forms the new government-college-society-participated pattern of vocational edu- cation governance structure, opens the passageway for the receiver of vocational education to enhance their study and improves the sus- tainable development capacity of the skill-oriented laborers.
