摘要
创新是企业发展的动力,企业要想在竞争中取胜,就必须不断提高自主创新能力。通过对贵州省高新技术企业自主创新能力现状的分析发现,贵州省高新技术企业科技成果转化能力较弱,自主创新意识欠缺,创新环境也有待于进一步改善。因此,应围绕政策扶持、贷款机制和人才培养等方面,进一步提升贵州省高新技术企业的自主创新能力。
Innovation is the driving force of enterprise development.Enterprises must constantly improve their independent innovation ability if they want to win in the competition.Through the analysis of the present situation of the independent innovation ability of high-tech enterprises in Guizhou province,it is shown that the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements of high-tech enterprises in Guizhou province is weak,the consciousness of independent innovation is lacking,and the innovation environment needs to be further improved.The independent innovation ability of high-tech enterprises in Guizhou province should be further improved from the aspects of policy support,loan mechanism and talent training.
