摘要
目的利用Excel软件实现7~17岁儿童青少年血压的自动判定,从而提高判定的准确性和高效性。方法以《7~18岁儿童青少年血压偏高筛查界值》(WS/T 610-2018)为标准,运用Excel函数,首先计算儿童青少年的年龄,其次根据性别和年龄判定其身高百分位,最后根据年龄、性别及身高百分位,确定其血压判定结果。结果开发了自动判定7~17岁儿童青少年血压判定的程序。结论本程序依托普通的办公软件,操作简单,可广泛应用于学生常见病监测分析及成年期疾病早期预防的定期监测工作,也可以作为超重肥胖等慢性病高危学生健康宣教及自我管理的支持性工具。
Objective To accomplish judgement for blood pressure among children and adolescents by using Excel Functions,so that to improve the accuracy and efficiency of judgement.Methods Based on the Reference of screening for elevated blood pressure among children and adolescents aged 7-18 years old(WS/T 610-2018),excel functions was used to calculate age,and then the student′s height percentile was judged according to his/her age and gender,finally,his/her blood pressure levels were judged according to his/her age,gender and height percentile.Results The procedure of automatic judgement for blood pressure among children and adolescents was successfully developed.Conclusions The procedure of automatic judgement for blood pressure among children and adolescents is very efficiency and accuracy for its easy operating and using to the monitoring of Common Diseases in Students and regular monitoring of early prevention on some maturity-onset diseases,it also can be a supportive tool for health education and self-management of overweight and obese students.
