摘要
综述了阿拉伯木聚糖的提取方法及理化性质,为谷物高值化利用及提高阿拉伯木聚糖的开发利用提供参考。
The extraction methods and physicochemical properties of arabinoxylan were reviewed,and the reference for the high-value utilization of grains and development and utilization of arabinoxylans were provided.
