摘要
当前国内煤矿巷道综掘机械化水平及设备技术水平与发达国家相比仍有一定的距离,掘进机设备要向着大型化和智能化的方向发展,但这面临着技术层面的问题。悬臂式掘进机虽然生产效率较高,但工作强度大且施工质量与安全太过依赖人为因素,对智能化掘进机的研究成为了当下的重点课题。巷道掘进机智能化发展的目标是利用智能感知技术和自适应技术实现断面的自动成形。主要分析了智能化技术在煤矿巷道掘进机中的应用,并分析了其发展趋势。
At present,the mechanization level and equipment technology level of domestic coal mine roadway fully mechanized excavation still have a certain distance compared with developed countries.The roadheader equipment should develop in the direction of large-scale and intelligent,but it faces technical problems.Although the production efficiency of the cantilever roadheader is high,the work intensity is high and the construction quality and safety are too dependent on human factors.The research on intelligent roadheaders has become a key topic at present.The goal of intelligent development of roadway roadheader is to use perceptive technology and adaptive technology to realize automatic section forming.This paper mainly analyzed the application of intelligent technology in coal mine roadway roadheaders,and analyzed its development trend.
