摘要
庞大的老年群体使得社会养老压力过大,养老服务成为目前亟待解决的社会问题。基于当前我国老年人养老面临的家庭规模缩小、养老产业发展滞后等基本国情,创新性地提出“互联网+社区互助”养老模式。该模式以互联网为平台,以老年群体为核心,以社区服务机构和政府为辅助,共同打造一个邻近社区老年群体内部共建、共享、互助的新型养老模式。该模式不仅可以有效缓解社会养老服务供给不足的压力,还可以满足大多数老年群体居家养老的意愿,提高老年人参与社会活动的积极性和生活幸福感,同时社区管理也因此更加智慧化,最终达成人人参与、老有所养、多方共赢的目标。
The huge elderly population makes the social pension pressure too large,service for the aged has become a social problem to be urgently solved.Based on the basic national conditions of China's pension,such as shrinking family size and lagging development of the pension industry,the“Internet+Community Mutual Assistance”supporting model for the aged was innovatively proposed.With the internet as the platform,the elderly as the core and the community service agencies and the government as the assistance,this mode jointly creates a new pension mode of construction,sharing and mutual assistance among the elderly in neighboring communities.The mode not only can effectively alleviate the pressure of social endowment service supply,but also improve the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in social activities,and improve happiness.The community management is more intelligent,and finally achieves the goal of everyone's participation,the providing for the elderly and multi-win.
