摘要
介绍了某煤化工基地2200 t/d投煤量、顶置单喷嘴下行激冷流程干煤粉气化的工艺流程、组合烧嘴的结构及气化炉用煤的煤质数据。为确定气化炉气化性能最佳时的氧气旋流角度,在其他工况相同时,分别试用23°、25°和27°的氧气旋流烧嘴,对比了气化炉有效气、气化效率、水冷壁热损、单耗等的不同,发现当氧气旋流角度为25°时,冷煤气效率最高、有效气产量最大、单耗最小,气化性能最佳。
The introduction was made on the process flow of dry pulverized coal gasification,the structure of combined burner and the coal quality data of coal used in gasifier of a 2200 t/d single nozzle quench process in a coal chemical base.In order to determine the oxygen swirl angle when the gasification performance was optimal,the burner with 23°,25°and 27°oxygen swirl angles was tested under the same working condition,the differences of effective gas,gasification efficiency,heat loss of water wall and unit consumption of the gasifier were compared,and it was found that when the oxygen swirl angle was at 25°,the cold gas efficiency was the highest,the effective gas output was the largest,the unit consumption was the smallest and the gasification performance was the best.
