摘要
灰水处理是粉煤气化激冷流程黑水热量回收和灰水回用的过程,配置方案的不同会影响到设备投资、能耗和操作费用。以SE-东方炉粉煤激冷气化工艺为基础,对单系列投煤量1000 t/d的灰水处理工艺闪蒸级数和取热方式进行对比分析。从投资、能耗、经济性等角度建议选择三级闪蒸方案,低压闪蒸热量回收建议采用直接换热的型式。
Gray water treatment refers to the process to recover the heat from black water and reutilize the gray water in pulverized coal gasification quench gas process.Different treatment plan will lead to different results of equipment investment,energy consumption and operation cost.Taking the SE-Dongfang pulverized coal gasification quench gas process as the basis,this paper analyzed flashing grades and heat removal method in gray water treatment process in the single series with coal treatment capacity of 1000 t/d.From the point of views of investment,energy consumption,and economic benefit,the three-grade flashing plan is recommended,and the direct heat exchange mode is recommended for low pressure flashing and energy recovery.
