可降解聚氨酯海绵的制备及体外降解性能研究

摘要 采用两步法合成了可降解聚氨酯海绵。经过反复纯化有效去除嵌段预聚体合成反应以及聚氨酯合成反应中可能存在的有害副产物以及残留单体,有效提高海绵的应用安全性。对合成得到的聚氨酯海绵进行了红外、孔隙率、吸水率及压缩强度的测试,并且对可降解聚氨酯海绵在生理盐水、PBS缓冲溶液、人工模拟体液以及人工血清四种介质中的降解行为进行了研究,发现其在生理盐水中的降解速度最慢,在PBS缓冲液中的降解速度最快,同时也发现聚氨酯海绵的降解对不同介质的pH值影响也不同。此项研究提供了一种简便可控的可降解聚氨酯海绵的合成方法,并且通过降解实验为其应用推广提供有力支持。 A degradable polyurethane sponge was synthesized by two-step. After repeated purification and cleaning,the harmful by-products and residual monomers that may exist in the synthesis reaction of block prepolymer and polyurethane can be effectively removed,which effectively improves the application safety of sponge. Infrared,porosity,water absorption and compression strength of the synthesized polyurethane sponge were tested. In addition,the degradation behavior of degradable polyurethane sponge in normal saline,PBS buffer solution,artificial simulated body fluid and artificial serum was researched. It is found that the degradation rate was the slowest in normal saline and the fastest in PBS buffer solution.It is also found that the degradation of polyurethane sponge has different effects on the pH value of different media. This study provides a simple and controllable synthetic method of degradable polyurethane sponge,and provides strong support for its application through degradation experiment.
