摘要
在不同温度(850℃、900℃和950℃)下对TA2钛合金进行碳氮复合渗处理,并研究其组织结构以及在人工模拟体液(SBF)中的腐蚀行为。利用X射线衍射、维氏硬度计、金相显微镜对碳氮复合渗层的组织结构进行表征,采用电化学测试方法对不同温度碳氮复合渗处理的样品的耐蚀性进行表征。结果显示:渗层主要由TiN相组成,且随温度升高渗层逐渐增厚;碳氮复合渗处理后的TA2钛合金的耐蚀性提高,且850℃碳氮复合渗后的TA2钛合金耐蚀性最好。
TA2 titanium alloy was treated by carbonitriding at different temperatures(850℃、900℃and 950℃),and the microstructure and the corrosion behavior in artificially simulated body fluid(SBF)were studied.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Vickers hardness tester,and metallographic microscope were used to characterize the microstructure of the carbonitride composite layer.The electrochemical test method was used to characterize the corrosion resistance of the samples treated with carbonitriding at different temperatures.The results show that the permeable layer is mainly composed of the TiN phase,and the permeable layer gradually thickens with the increase in temperature.The corrosion resistance of TA2 titanium alloy after carbonitriding is improved,and the corrosion resistance of TA2 titanium alloy treated at 850℃by carbonitriding is the best.
