摘要 目的:通过等离子浸没注入对纯钛及钛合金试样进行表面改性,从而提高试样的耐腐蚀性能。方法:利用等离子浸没注入对纯钛及钛合金表面进行氮离子注入,通过电化学腐蚀实验和测定改性后试样在人工唾液中Ti离子的释放速率来评价其耐腐蚀性能。结果:电化学腐蚀法测得改性后纯钛及钛合金试样在人工唾液中的自腐蚀电位(Ecorr)分别比改性前增加了0·44V和0·4V,维钝电流(Ip)明显减小,改性试样在人工唾液浸泡90天后测得其Ti离子释放速率比改性前减少。结论:用氮等离子浸没注入的方法处理纯钛和钛合金试样,可以提高纯钛及钛合金试样的耐腐蚀性能。 Objective:To improve the anticorrosion of the modified surfaces of pure titanium and Ti6Al4V by means of plasma ion implantation technique.Methods:Nitrogen was implanted into the surface of pure titanium and Ti6Al4V using plasma ion implantation.The anticorrosive property was assessed by electro-chemical method and samples' release rate of Ti ion in the artificial saliva.Results:The electric potential of corrosion(Ecorr)of pure Titanium and Ti6Al4V was measured by electric-chemical method increased by 0.44V and 0.4V after modification.The two samples' Ip declined significantly.After immersion in artificial saliva for 90 days,the modified samples showed lower release rate of Ti ion.Conclusion:Plasma ion implantation improved the anticorrosive property of pure Titanium and Ti6Al4V.
