摘要
目的:纯钛在细胞培养液中的腐蚀性能研究。方法:腐蚀介质采用Hank's液为对照组,细胞培养液DMEM为实验组。利用电化学工作站测定钛试件在电解质中的极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱,通过PowerSuite软件获得腐蚀参数,对比研究高仿真生理环境对纯钛腐蚀性能的影响。结果:纯钛试件在对照组和实验组的自腐蚀电流密度分别为(84.2±12.3)mA/cm2和(49.8±7.40)mA/cm2(P<0.05)。电化学阻抗谱分析获得对照组和实验组的阻抗值分别为(72.5±10.1)×104Ω和(253.1±22.6)×104Ω(P<0.05)。结论:生理环境中的蛋白成分可能影响到钛种植材料腐蚀性能,提高其抗腐蚀性能。
Objective: To investigate the corrosion resistance of the titanium in cell culture medium. Methods: The electrochemical behavior of the titanium in Hankg solution and cell culture medium DMEM was studied by electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization test using electrochemical methods. Data were analysed by PowerSuite software. Results: The self- corrosion current of the titanium in Hankg solution and DMEM was ( 84.2 ± 12.3 ) mA/em2 and (49.8 ± 7.4 ) mA/cm2 respective- ly. The titanium corrosion resistance in Hankg solution and DMEM was (72.5 ± 10.1) Ω ×104 and (253.1± 22.6 ) Ω ×104 re- spectively. Conclusion: The protein in physiological environment may play an important role in corrosion behavior of titanium.
