摘要
聚氨酯因具有良好的生物相容性和机械性能,而被广泛用于生物医学领域。文中对聚氨酯在生物医学中的应用情况进行了概述,并总结了其作为医用高分子材料而进行改性的方法。这些方法提高了它的生物相容性,减少它长期植入体内引起机体的炎症反应。
Polyurethane is widely used in the biomedical field beause of its excellent biocompatibility and mechanical properties. The survey of its application in biomedicine is briefly introduced. The modification methods of polyurethane as medical polymer materials are summarized. Its biocampatibility increases and systematic inflammatory response caused by such material as long term embedded part in human body decreases by these methods.
