摘要
中国特色哲学社会科学“三大体系”建设是一个庞大而系统的工程,“三大体系”建设评价作为其不可或缺的重要内容,是“三大体系”建设的“风向标”和“助推器”。在加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学新形势下,“三大体系”建设成效显著,有关“三大体系”建设的评价应能够比较全面客观反映“三大体系”建设工作的总体进展情况。在厘清学科体系、学术体系、话语体系间辩证统一关系的基础上,探索与思考“三大体系”建设评价的意义和作用、内容和要求、指标体系构建等具有重要意义。
The construction of the“three systems”of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics is a huge and systemic project.The evaluation of“three systems”construction,as an indispensable and important part of the“three systems,”is its“wind vane”and“catalyst.”In the new efforts to accelerate the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,the construction of the“three systems”has clearly been effective.Evaluation of“three systems”construction should be able to reflect their overall progress in a comprehensive and objective manner.On the basis of clarifying the dialectical unity of the relationship among discipline systems,academic systems and discourse systems,it is important to explore and consider the meaning and role of the evaluation of the“three systems”;their evaluation content and requirements;and the construction of an evaluation indicator system.
