摘要
课堂教学时间通常为45分钟,教师如何在有限的时间内最大程度地发挥时间的效益,促成学生有效学习的发生,离不开教师优秀的课堂教学时间管理能力。然而,在教学实践中,教师仍面临教师课堂教学时间管理能力欠缺、课堂教学能力不足、学校教学管理制度不完善等困境,如何有效突破困境,提高教师课堂教学时间管理能力,是教师、学校需共同努力的话题。
class teaching time is usually 45 minutes,how to maximize the effectiveness of teachers'time in the limited time and promote the effective learning of students is inseparable from teachers'excellent classroom teaching time management ability.In teaching practice,teachers still face difficulties such as lack of classroom teaching time management ability,lack of classroom teaching ability and imperfect school teaching management system.Teachers and schools need to work together to effectively break through the difficulties and improve teachers'classroom teaching time management ability.
