摘要
地方高校图书馆为中小学教育科研服务,发自高等学校所承载的政策诉求、办学需求、高校图书馆资源优势以及已有的社会服务经验,也发自中小学教育科研文献资源不足、教师文献查阅与处理能力薄弱、学术规范意识欠缺、学校及教师期待高校支持的强烈意愿。地方高校服务中小学教育科研的路径包括分析中小学教育科研需求,整合区域内教育科研文献资源,寻求政府部门及其他社会机构支持,提供教育科研信息增值服务,建立以文献为纽带的学者共同体,完善图书馆服务中小学教育科研的体制机制。
Feasibility for local university libraries to serve educational research in primary and middle schools is due to the policy demands from colleges and universities,needs in institution-running,resource advantages of university libraries and their existing social service experience.From the perspective of primary and middle schools education,the feasibilities are based on the insufficiency of literature resources in schools,weakness of teachers’literature ability,unawareness of academic norms and their strong desire for support from colleges and universities.The ways for local university libraries to serve educational research in primary and middle schools include:analyzing the needs of teachers’educational research,integrating regional educational literature resources,seeking the support of government departments and other social institutions,providing value-added services in educational research information,building a community of scholars linked by literatures,and perfecting the system and mechanism for local university libraries’social service.
